Aida 2 Freedive Course

The level 2 course is the natural progression from the 1 star course within the AIDA educational ladder. You must have completed the level 1, or equivalent to enroll in this course.

Course costs £250 and includes Dive site costs, boat use is additional on the day £35-£45 tide and weather dependant, all equipment provided.

• Day one will be spent shadowing level 1 students as you get back in to the swing of things.
• During day 2, we’ll venture into deeper dives, reaching a maximum of 20 meters. 
• we maximise the course learning on this course dedicated to technique, if your looking for some sea time we advise you look at our Aida 2 extended  course this will then give you a third day where we can explore fascinating Cornish marine life during our dives. Seals, lobsters, dolphins, Spider crabs and a plethora of seaweeds, caves and underwater swimming throughs.

You will learn, among others:

• Deep diving up to 20m
• Breath-hold times of over 2 minutes
• Dynamic apnea distances of over 40m
• Rescue from depth
• More advanced buddy skills
• Line diving with lanyards
